A: It allows much greater freedom in choice of software tools (Dokuwiki, Subversion, WebSVN, etc.)

Q: Why is your office in Cambridge and your job in Atlanta?
A: Because my wife and I had a baby exactly nine months after I started my post-doc at Georgia Tech. My wife is a professor at Harvard and couldn't relocate. Predrag was kind enough to let me work remotely. I talk with people over skype, collaborate on papers via subversion and dokuwiki blogs, and travel to Atlanta as frequently as I can. It is not ideal but it works. My post-doc ends soon, so I am currently looking for a job in the Boston area.
